The Church of God in Christ is one of the oldest Pentecostal denominations in the world and the 4th largest Protestant group in the United States with churches in 87 countries worldwide and a membership of nearly 6.5 million adherents.

To the believer, missions mean carrying the gospel message to those who have not heard it and trying to win them to Christ especially through a group of selected workers called missionaries, both men and women, and establishing the Church where it has not been established. In simple terms, Missions mean “reaching the unreached with the Gospel”.
